Ingredients
- Almond flour 230g
- Icing sugar 175g
- Water 2 tbsp
- Almond extract 1 tsp
Method
Place dry ingredients into food processor and mix till fully combined, add water and flavor and blitz until a ball of ’dough’ is formed. Remove from food processor and mold to your liking. Tightly wrap remnant in cling film and store in fridge, it keeps for about 2-3 weeks.
